Student at | Auckland University

Background |

I am a biologist graduated at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, Brazil. Now, I am a PhD student at The University of Auckland working on genome scale modelling and metabolomics. I am reconstructing the metabolic network of the bacteria Lactococcus lactis and I have been developing softwares and methodologies to improve the data mining and data analysis on metabolomics. In our lab, Metabolomics applied to industrial and medical microbiology, we use metabolomics to clarify and understand the metabolism and also the interaction of bacteria, yeast  and fungi.
